Our approach is to retain the qualities that make a building special while ensuring it functions comfortably for modern living. This can involve improving and reinstating layouts, upgrading thermal performance, repairing original fabric, replacing outdated services, kitchens and bathrooms and carefully restoring architectural features.
This requires a careful balance between preservation and intervention, with a strong understanding of planning and building warrant requirements, traditional materials and construction methods.
